As you can see by my resume, I have a vast and diverse work history. I am a very determined and career minded individual and consider myself an asset to any company. I have consistently taken on a leadership role in various fields such as sports, work, and gaming and in 2000; I started my own creative design company.
I believe my current work experience as a Flash Designer at an Internet Marketing Firm has honed my creative design skills, organizational skills and prepared me for a highly challenging and creative position.

- Internet Marketing Firm located in San Diego, California.
Web Maintenance Tech 1 & 2 Nov. 2006 – May 2007
- Duties comprised of page additions and corrections to existing live websites.
- Used full knowledge of Flash, ActionScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, PHP, ASP, JS andCSS.
- Assigned to high priority clients’ issues and needs.
- In charge of adding SEO additions to Einstein client websites.
Flash Designer May 2007 – Present
- Currently assign all flash projects to the flash team.
- Currently quote all flash custom projects and additions for Einstein Industries.
- Promoted to Flash Designer 2 within 10 months of employment at Einstein Industries.
- Promoted to Flash Designer within 6 months of employment at Einstein Industries.
- Duties comprise of Flash website headers, Video Websites (media centers), NewsTickers and all other additions that require Flash.
- Example duties on a website header are as follows:
- Supplied with four images for a header with taglines.
- Review the images and create a storyboard including a custom created pre-loader and four individual scenes that fluidly interact together all the while perfectly matching the chosen design and feel.
- Using the storyboard I now create the final product.
- Example duties on a Video Website media center are as follows:
- Review client website and design media center based upon specks and design highlights of their current website.
- Using the custom photoshop design, I then build the Video Website out in Flash.
Heavy Bag Media Sept. 2005 – Jan. 2006

- Hired to assist in completing a client-contract with E-Harmony.
- In charge of storyboard creation and producing a final product.
- Project consisted of video synched in Flash along with animations and taglines.
